Issues and crisis management

Trisha’s 25 years experience in working for one of the largest unitary councils in the country has given her plenty of experience in managing potential issues and crises.  She knows how to prevent an issue from becoming a full-blown crisis and, if the worst comes to the worst, provides a safe pair of hands.

From dealing with the infamous Daily Telegraph “Cardgate” issue, to successfully managing the impact of the critical Ofsted report on Cornwall’s children’s services in 2010 – she always keeps a cool head.

This helps protect her client’s reputation and minimise negative impact on its brand. As well as helping organisations to develop crisis management plans, she also provides hands-on support.
